In The News: Solar Habitat Home
Our Towns Habitat for Humanity’s first home featuring solar panels was completed Aug. 29 when the final panels were installed by Energy Conservation Solutions Solar of Mooresville. ECS provided the solar panels for the home and designed solar thermal water heating and a solar electric system for energy production. Lowe’s Home Improvement helped fund and provide volunteers for the build of the LEED certified, Energy Star home. Read more here.
